I am unable to open Trend Micro Maximum Security.
I have had to installed Trend Micro a number of times because just after I installed it I can open up “Trend Micro Maximum Security” but once I shut down my laptop and start up again, I am UNABLE to open it up again.
Please help because I do not know whether my laptop is being protected or not.
